Covid Coordinator/CCO for brand new docuseries starting 9/21 - 10/31. Focusing 100% on Covid testing staff/cast/other participant for all shoots. The show will be shooting multiple units/crews in multiple locations simultaneously. Maintaining Covid grids, keeping inventory of PPE and tests, supervising/training CCO Assistants, etc.

Supervising COVID-19 Compliance Officer (Health Safety Supervisor) – CNBC’s “Jay Leno’s Garage”, Season 7 – Original Productions – March 2022 – August 2022 • Acted as Supervising Covid-19 Compliance Officer for JLG (overseeing all testing, auditing, and on-set compliance with all Original Productions COVID-19 protocols on-set • Managed and administered dozens and dozens of confidential, concierge COVID tests (PCR and Rapid Antigen) with high-level guest talent and host of program • Mirrored all below responsibilities on Jay Leno’s Garage, as I did on Storage Wars (managing staff, testing, auditing costs, liaison to labs and production, etc.)

Supervising COVID-19 Compliance Officer (Health Safety Supervisor) – A&E’s “Storage Wars”, Seasons 13, 14 – Original Productions – November 2020 - Current (Season 14 wraps in early September 2022) • Determined and ensured that production met the health and safety standards on daily basis in order to continue production (in conjunction with H.R. and all Production Heads of Dept.) • Managed and scheduled all PCR COVID-19 testing with 3 different testing labs for all cast and crew (including overseeing and auditing over $300,000+ in different testing costs, per each lab’s fees) • Personally created “Positive Test Result Contingency Plan” and advised additions to the overall “Fremantle Media COVID Protocol” document • Advised production on best practices on health and safety related to COVID-19 per Los Angeles Health Dept. and Industry guidelines, etc. • Constantly evaluated best practices, procedures and locations (storage facilities) to assess risk and adherence to current law and health standards and vigilantly stayed current on new developments in health and safety and the industry, to improve quality and efficacy of production processes • Weekly oversaw the checking-in, PPE distribution and adherence to the Zone System for the auction participants at public storage auctions and appraisal segments across Southern California • Hired and trained 3 CCO Assistants over the course of the season and assigned responsibilities commensurate with experience and production’s needs • Managed employee screening protocols and completion of Daily Health Questionnaire’s for all cast and crew (via MaxPost QR code interface) • Ensured required health compliance training for all crew, talent, etc. was provided and held daily safety meetings with cast and crew • Ordered, inventoried and distributed all health safety supplies (PPE, disinfectants, etc.), including maintaining all MSDS sheets and ensuring cleaners are EPA approved and effective against SARS-CoV-2 • Managed staffing & supplies, & storage for cleaning and disinfecting on-set and in the production office • Provided reports to production management and H.R. with any concerns, violations, and compliance • Created and trained an on-set network of production assistants to assist with implementation and monitoring of safety protocols and delivery of COVID PCR tests to various laboratories • Reviewed all location scouting, prep and shooting schedules to ensure requir

Main duties included disinfecting filming area and props, etc., checking crew in at the top of the morning (temp. check, daily health questionnaire, wristbands, etc.), sanitizing high touch surface areas throughout the day, maintaining fresh air flow during turnarounds and in breaks in filming, and keeping an eye on Covid protocols being followed by all participants on set.

COVID-19 Compliance Officer – CNBC’s “Jay Leno’s Garage”, Season 6 • Acted as Interim Covid-19 Compliance Officer for "JLG" and oversaw compliance with all Original Productions COVID-19 protocols on-set • Checked-in all cast & crew and did daily temp checks and logs • Distributed PPE, making sure everyone on set has new and fresh supplies • Ensured saftey protocols were followed at all times (social distancing, masks, frequent handwashing) • Charged with testing all cast and crew and acting as “chain of command” and delivering all tests to lab

Performed duties of Health Safety Supervisor (COVID-19 Compliance Officer) for SAG-approved short film. Arranged for appropriate PCR testing for cast and crew, created Production Safety Guidelines/Risk Assessment for project and submitted paperwork to Union representation. Executed the Zone System per the industry-standard, "The Way Forward"/White Pages, and ensured that all cast and crew completed a daily attestation form screening for symptoms and potential exposure to individuals who may have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 and measured with thermometer body temperatures. Monitored the cast, crew, catering and craft service for compliance with Zone protocols. Also, ensured that all sets, locations and workplaces were prepared for and managed during use which shall included an assessment of ventilation, air filtration and circulation, and the disinfecting of surfaces, property, equipment and tools, etc. Coordinated placement of signage and handwashing, sanitizing, and disinfection stations and any medical posts. Gave instructions at the daily safety meetings. Set up a Medical Check where daily new PPE was distributed, etc. Performed all duties of HSS (and an entire Health Safety Team).

Administrative Assistant to Producer, Ad Litem creating COVID-19 protocol for feature film shooting in July 2020. Received Safe Sets™ COVID-19 Level A certification and very familiar with the industry COVID-19 "White Pages", "The "Way Forward", etc. Became proficient in Studio Binder (creating call sheets, adding crew and cast names, etc.). Also, worked on raising funding to overcome financial shortfall and on product placement/brand integration. Researched brand targets for brand integration, created Letters of Intent (LOI) and made initial and continued contacts with referrals.

Certified Health Education Services COVID-19 Compliance Officer. Also, received Safe Sets™ COVID-19 Level A certification and very familiar with the industry COVID-19 "White Pages", "The "Way Forward", etc. Created COVID-19 protocol for feature film shooting in July 2020 - August 2020. Provided signage on set, and created protocol for safe operations while filming.
