In addition to regular on-set assistant duties, I assisted in the office with organizing our accounts, credit card and receipt reconciliations, check requests, petty cash advances, and purchase orders.

In addition to regular on-set assistant duties, I handled the creation of call sheets and Movie Magic stripboards, regularly interfaced with the production manager and executives about scheduling and logistics, ran talent through vanities and to set, and initiated and archived payroll paperwork for cast. While in the office, I assisted with organizing our accounts, credit card and receipt reconciliations, check requests, petty cash advances, and purchase orders.

Oversaw production office procedures, including: hiring crew, payroll processing, maintaining cast/crew databases, cost reporting, scanning/archiving documents, catering, craft services, and errands. Delivered time-reducing and budget-saving solutions to multi-faceted production issues in a complex working environment. Orchestrated travel and accommodations for cast and crew to a distant location.
