Shows included The Glenn Beck Program, and 3 other MRA series. • Administered day-to-day production process of TV programming for 27 hours of original programming per week • Collaborated with other department heads to create effective content strategy for programming across all channels • Trained team to do various types and formats of production in addition to news and opinion already in place • Coordinated scheduling with studio, studio crews, hosts, and show guests including celebrities, while maintaining flexibility

• Planned, organized and operated as Project Manager on 3 events in one weekend • Speaking Event at Guiding Light Church: Coordinated efforts with church staff for a speaking engagement to be held on the church property; recruited and trained volunteers to work the event as parking attendants, information guides, etc; planned and facilitated overflow seating for up to 5,000 on the church parking lot and grounds, including set-up of large screens and speakers, food trucks, parking at business down the street, crowd management, and speaker schedules. • Unity March: Over 20,000 people attended the march. Planned and executed march route along the same route of the Civil Rights March, led by MLK Jr; obtained permits from the city; plotted route; arranged all security for the route; recruited and trained volunteers; implemented systems for crowd control; worked with VIP guests and celebrities such as Glenn Beck and Chuck Norris who participated in the march. • Restoring Unity Speaking Event: Scouted, met with, and coordinated event with BJCC in Birmingham, AL. Over 6,000 in attendance. Began right after the Unity March: planned and executed crowd control to get from the march into the arena; oversaw all aspects of AV Crew for setting up stage, lights, and sound; drafted the speakers schedule and run on show; worked with Ticket Master on ticketing; coordinated speakers, VIP guests, Volunteers, and staff; oversaw merchandising; managed execution of run of show.
