Transcribing footage for each episode of the entire Season 3 and 9. All done on Pilotware system.

Completed day to day operations to ensure completion of our promos between producers, editors, team leaders and network. My main task was to pass or reject in house and/or social media promos. Also involved scheduling new and exciting Voice Over actors to work in our Promos. Compressed and converted files for closed captioning purposes. Learn and used various software systems to complete my daily tasks such as, Xytech, Mediator, 3play, OAP, ABC Autolink, Global Data and Media Monorail.

Helped with day-to-day operations from offline to online processes. Ingesting full seasons of footage from the field into Avid and Pilotware systems. Preparing final cuts of episodes and delivering them to Network properly via hardcopy, email or Yousendit links.Labeling and organizing footage from the field. Keeping track of music cues recordings and distributing out credit. Storing physical boxes of footage in our library. I handled and stored footage from SR's, XD cam tapes, Digi Betas, GOPro, drones. Also occasionally cloning footage when needed.

Ingested and managed all footage for Season 4 into Avid System. Also assisted Story Producers from time to time with various request including pulling clips, string outs and marking time code. The producers on this show granted me with an AP credit for the season.
