I am a Preditor tasked with cutting promos for various shows that air on Pop TV. Most promos are :30, :20 or :10 seconds in length, but I have done some longer sizzles and season recaps. The shows I worked on include: Schitt's Creek, Rock This Boat, Dawson's Creek, That '70s Show.

I was the sole editor for the reality series RV Nation during season 1. It airs on GAC. I was responsible for taking one-hour long episodes of a previous show (Extreme RVs) and cutting them down to 30 minutes and rebranding them as RV Nation.

I edited several segment and episodes in a highly stylized fashion... showcasing food and the personality of the host. The show is very high paced and edited to music for much of it.

Edited several magic/escape/illusion segments for the upcoming show. Often times the real magic was in the editing.

I was the lead editor for TakePart Live. I would cut broll, SOTs & packages for the live show. Fridays, I would cut the "Best Of," featuring best moments from the previous week. I would also have to cut out segments & moments in order to get the show to time.

I was the lead editor on location for Marie tapings. Primarily I was responsible for cutting the program down to time, dropping in lower 3rds, and fixing mistakes to the original line cut.

Edited packages from the morning meeting. Usually 2-3, 1-minutes packages needed to be cut in about 3 hours in order to get them fed out for the East Coast. There were no producers on these pieces, so I was technically a Preditor. I also worked for the sister show, TMZ Live.

Started as grip in 2002. Promoted to studio camera, then shooter/editor then producer and eventually ended up in the Promotions/Marketing department. I was a jack of all trades. Shooting, writing, producing field packages, news copy, comedy bits.
