Managed personality types for seamless communication, balanced chemistry and proper positional fit in each tech team grouping, created original video content such as trailers and commercial video announcements, ran a live presentation software used to display words to songs, PowerPoint slides and videos, responsible for setting up online streaming tools.

Responsible for generating traffic to Facebook and Twitter pages using basic S.E.O. and advertising management. Also created posts for page, took photographs and created (shot, color-graded, animated, optimized audio and edited) all video content.

Pre-recorded, edited and developed original video content for certain aspects of each play to be shown during the production, trained and scheduled workers for each different station (lighting, sound, cameras, directing), gave and received direction via radio communication for on-the-spot changes to the show, ran a live video program.

I was responsible for organizing, filing and archiving media files to a digital database, did some running for coffee and documents as well as some technical troubleshooting.
