Coordinated a group of 7 PAs. Responsible for setting up offices and coordinating moving out of offices. Maintained excellent logs for receipts and PO's. Excellent communication and relationships built with the studio and our vendors.

General PA responsibilities. Trash sweep, helping crafty, restocking waters, going on runs etc.

Coordinated our driving team to shuttle contestants back and forth from and to the hotel, dance studio and the studio lot. Helped facilitate breakfast and lunch and on show day worked with the stage manager making sure the contestants were getting in and out of wardrobe and that they were on standby before their routines.

Helped coordinate and delegate tasks to a team of 8-10 PAs. Responsible for coordinating TPT orders for delivery and pick-up. Shopped catering companies and liaised with the costume department for important deliveries. Helped deal with returning gear to vendors and helped organize receipts.

Making runs for production and general on set duties like walkie check-in and wrap.

Inventoried and shipped media for post team, organized and shipped tapes and office supplies for Vegas trip, uploaded rehearsals for producers, organized lunches for team and many other assigned duties.

Handled petty cash for crafty runs and lunches. Ran drives and picked up drives from sound, graphics and secondary post house we worked with. Handled delivery of final show tapes to Chainsaw.

Helped load in and set up new production office. Light cleaning, organizing offices and making runs.

Load van with gear needed for the night. Help set up at location and support the camera operators. Organize media after the show.

Manage a team of 6 contestant assistants. Coordinate the processing of 150 contestants every 2 1/2 hours. Handle paperwork, cell phone collection, announcements, data input and communication between the producers and the on-camera audiences group. Our team is also responsible for cleaning the stage and the audience tent at the end of the day.

Operated camera and helped set up and rig lighting.

Drove contestants to and from hotels while communicating with multiple departments to ensure they didn't run into other talent. Light office PA responsibilities including but not limited to: putting together start paperwork, copying and crafty organization. Responsible for walkie return at the end of the night.

Made to audio company, ordered and organized lunches.

Picked up scripted revisions, coordinated credential pick-ups, ran hard drives to and from graphics company and ordered/picked up lunch.

Operated camera, rigged lights, gripped and helped in post production.

Setting up lights, rigging and diff for music video.

2nd AC on the Red Scarlet. Also helped rig a MOVI.
