- Supported head of casting for Yippee TV and the heads of the company. - Reached out to talent - making sure they were all LA based, made sure talent had an awareness of the brand and would be able to represent that, booked talent for callbacks. - Sent the heads of the company options for a studio space to hold the call backs, priced out options, sent links to studio space, booked the space the head of the company wanted and handled all negations with the rental location. - Sent audition notices and self-tape prompts to various talent managers, agents, acting teachers - Checked into the rental studio location early, made sure the space was set up before the heads of the company, casting director and writer got to the location. - Checked in talent as they arrived for their callback, read with talent at their audition, made notes for the casting director, head of company, show runner about each talent.

I did casting for kids, improv comics and experts in their fields. For kids and improv comics I worked with a lot of different talent agents and managers in NY, as well as posted audition notices to various audition websites. Spoke to talent in a lengthy pre-interview where I produced them before deciding to book them for a further interview. Booked talent for interviews. I picked up equipment, food, and sometimes crew. Assisted the Director, Writer, Prop Master and Producer with anything that they needed. Took production photos.

I greeted all kids and their parents as they arrived to the hotel. I had them sign all forms of agreement, and maintained the holding area while the producer interviewed one child at a time.
