Assisted talent and background extras through hair, makeup, and wardrobe and escorted them to set in a timely fashion. Assisted the 1st with giving cues to background.

Delivered hard drive to production office, helped setup and break down lunch, assisted with moving video village (when necessary), and assisted Art department with putting the store back together.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting the production supervisor; making sure crafty is stocked and organized; distributing walkies and headsets. Also assisting the 1st AD with standing guard for lockups and giving cues for background talent.

Helped crew setup and maintain the sound stage, while making sure crew and talent had the necessary components for a successful shoot.

Assisted the line producer and production coordinator with various tasks which included, but not limited to: collecting and logging appearance releases, ordering and picking up lunch, and making various pickups/deliveries. Also, helped manage the production office by making sure it was equipped with necessary production supplies, forms, and crafty.

Initiated contact with featured artist, scheduled interview and film times, and arranged travel for crew.
