Was responsible for teaching our casting assistants the basics that go into casting for a major network game show.

Searched for and reached out to couples in various living/relationship situations, such as divorced couples still living together, mixed orientation marriages, polygamous couples, etc. Conducted full-length Skype interviews with couples and their family members, as well as handled applications, paperwork and background checks.

Helped find adoptees/people who have placed children up for adoption ("Seekers") locate their missing family members ("Targets"). Edited pitch sheets, compiled digital pitch packets with pitch sheets and casting cuts for internal pitches, as well as network pitches. Handled applications, background paperwork, contracts/production releases and other agreements for all cast members. Maintained constant communication between casting team, production team, post-production team and legal. Organized numerous Google Grids and Drives with all cast information and materials. Handled communication with Ancestry.com research team.

Researched wealthy people and vetted as guests for newest season of Below Deck Mediterranean. I wrote pitch sheets and compiled the network pitch packets. Also helped with contracts and other paperwork.

Searched for children who owned and ran their own business for a competition/docu-style series. Also searched for dude ranchers all over the country for a new reality show.
