I assisted the small crew documenting the Home Coming episode of American Idol. So a bunch of general PA duties.

Setting up the office, cleaning, restocking, production runs, receiving and returning equipment and other general PA duties.

I worked as a camera PA, helping set up lights, lighting equipment, camera and other camera gear while we did interviews of the contestants.

2 days a week I work in the office breaking down the script. I oversee the sourcing of props. Occasionally I'll find locations. I make the call sheet and the shoot schedule. I handle the petty cash as well. 3 days a week I work on set focusing on continuity, script supervision, handling with talent/wardrobe, assisting with talent and gear.

3-4 days a week I work in the office breaking down the scripts for two different teams. I oversee the sourcing of props. Occasionally I find locations when needed. I make the call sheet and the shoot schedule. I deal with the paperwork for talent and crew, making invoices and filing the w-9's and NDA's. I handle the petty cash as well. 1-2 days a week I work on set focusing on continuity, script supervision, handling with talent/wardrobe, assisting with talent and gear.

3 days a week in the office I breakdown the script, source the props and wardrobe, assist with location scouting, assist with casting, assist with the shoot schedule, make the call sheet, deal with paperwork for cast and crew, labeling footage, making invoices as well as other paperwork. 2 days a week I work on set, acquiring and setting up crafty and lunch.

I work in the office a few days a week and help source all the props and wardrobe that will will need for that week's episode. Then on set two days a week I got releases and other paperwork filled out by talent. I also handled all the petty cash.

I stocked the bar and assisted with making drinks for the talent and locked down locations during shooting.

I ran the film canisters from the AC to the back and returned with fresh film canisters to swap out. And I was a stand in for lighting for Beyonce, just had to mention that because it was kinda cool.

Picking up rented equipment, transported talent and crew. Helped art department and grips with their break down.

I drove cast and crew from base camp to set. I did production runs, crafty and took lunch orders.

I locked locations, keeping people and cars from entering the set during shooting and other general PA duties.

I hung signs and handled getting the releases signed.

I assisted with building and breaking down of the jib, helping move the jib from shot to shot, carrying the gear, setting up the tri-pod and lights, lighting the subject, swapping tapes and batteries, labeling tapes and logging shot information.

I carried the gear, set up the tri-pods, swapped tapes and batteries, set up lights, and cable pulling.

I distributed paperwork, including dealing with releases to the contestants. I also brought contestants from one phase of the judging into an interview process. Then I worked with different camera crews to coordinate which contestants they had gotten b-roll of and then compiled that data into a log.

My role was to control the flow of contestants from one phase of the audition to another. I also assisted with breaking down and cleaning up materials at the end of the production.

Helped load/unloading, handled releases, crowd control, transported gear and talent.

I carried gear and kept track of the shots on the shot list making sure the director got all the required shots. I also handled all the releases for people that were interviewed.

I helped with loading and unloading, crafty, setting up c-stands, setting up and taking down lights and handling the releases for the talent.

This was a short film so had two roles. I did 2nd AC and PA work. I did the slate the majority of the time. Other than that I helped with loading and unloaded, setting up bounce screens, lights, and tripods.

I did some camera support, held the boom mic, ran cables and did some production runs in my car.

I worked for EcoSet which is a company hired by production companies to control their carbon footprint. It was for a Target commercial and I worked in an office searching for non-profits that could use materials that were used on the set and then put the data into Exel.

When the show returned for the rest of the auditions, I drove a van transporting the crew and producers to the venue, dealt with paperwork and was a stand-in on camera.

I worked as an Art Department PA. I worked on two days that they were shooting the New Orleans area. I mainly did productions runs and set dressing.

Third Thursday was a live internet show that covered an art gallery in Orlando, Florida. I shot interviews of the artists, the paintings and exterior shots of the building and city.

I ran the camera at a fashion show for a charity. I basically shot the models walking.

Orlando Live was a live variety show. I wrote monologue jokes and some opening skits. During the show I would help set up the stage and dress it and then at the end I would assist with tearing everything down in the studio.
