Directing "Intervention" is one of the most emotionally wrenching, intense experiences navigating between addicts who teeter between life and death and their loving families who want them to get clean and often do not realize they are enabling the addiction. All addictions stem from untreated trauma. I not only direct, I am a friend/confidante, therapist, and grief counselor. But the best part is intervening to help people help themselves.

Produced and shot a segment for Dispatches documentary, The Prince and the Paedophile. Dispatches is Channel 4's award-winning investigative current affairs programme. Channel 4 is a British public-service free-to-air television network headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It began transmission on 2 November 1982.

Awesome documenting the “biggest wedding event of the year" for TLC's "Say Yes America!" 52 couples from across the United States including Washington D.C and Puerto Rico all said "I do" in a group ceremony at Central Park in New York in July 2019. But first all 52 brides had to say yes to their dream wedding dresses gifted to them from Kleinfeld Bridal Shop in NYC. Can you believe no two were alike? Epic 14 hour days producing and shooting (FS7) the days, the brides and grooms and their stories leading up to the big event including the wedding itself. It was a sweet celebration of LOVE uniting the states.

Produced, shot and directed two families who are at different stages of dealing with teen pregnancy and all its trials and tribulations.

An insightful experience documenting female Officers, Lieutenant, Sergeants, and the K9 unit of Wilmington police force to gain a better understanding of the many hats women wear in front line law enforcement. They are tough, empathetic, often de-escalating situations. Impressive! I documented 10 different women producing and shooting (rigging GoPros as well) as they are dispatched to cases ranging from: shootings, ODs, gang violence, larceny, domestic violence, 911 hangups, warrant arrests, DUIs, everything under the sun.

For consecutive years I produced and shot (C300) background packages on students who overcame great obstacles to get to their Senior Prom. I play one-woman-band drawing out the stories of the students and filming supporting scenes to convey their stories. Given my close relationship spending time with these students I help to shape the arc of their story for the show. This is a feel good show and a philanthropic endeavor by Discovery Foundation to reward deserving high school students with a celebratory PROM.

This was one of the most challenging shows to work on because of extremely difficult contributors, the gypsies themselves. The show was based around the extravagant gypsy weddings and other landmark events, as well as the lifestyle of American gypsies. Small crew (2 Producer/Shooters and 1 PA/Field Coord). I directed and shot (PMW-300), in both cross-shoot and one-man-band situations, created shoot schedules to reflect story progression, wrote hotsheets and ultimately planned major events (weddings, parties).

Say Yes to the Prom (SYTTP) is a Discovery Communications corporate staple hosted by LifeWorks & Inclusion and TLC. Close to a hundred High School students, both boys and girls are chosen for the surprise prom treat based on their personalities, leadership skills, perseverance to overcome obstacles and achieve good grades. The annual initiative kicks off after the new year with a national prom dress/tux donation drive for high schoolers and ends with a red carpet event in partnership with local high schools. SYTTP is a program that focuses on identifying and celebrating girls and boys in need to help build courage, confidence and improve self-image. The initiative was recognized by First Lady, Michelle Obama, who wrote: "I am so thankful for organizations like Discovery Communications, that help young women believe in their potential and imagine new possibilities for themselves. Experiences like this equip our next generation with the confidence and skills they need to become smart, strong and bold leaders that our country's future depends on." I love drawing out the heart and emotion of hard-working students, teachers, and principles who are all honored for being outstanding human beings!

Eight-part limited, true-crime investigation and documentary series.

I was the senior field/story producer. The show was a hybrid between eco-challenge, survivor, and American Ninja Warrior. Greatest challenge for elite athletes to survive and race. All the promotional shots on line for Discovery and in articles about AT are my stills that I shot from the field.

Forged in Fire is a competition series between blacksmiths. After two rounds of challenges the remaining two are given a home challenge to forge a historic weapon in five days. I document their trials and tribulations working on their home creation.

A wedding makeover show. Half Yard hired me in Dec for a Say Yes to the Dress spin off special called "The Big Day." AND they keep calling me back to produce/shoot. This time on Fairy Gown Parents. They are not sure this name will stick. Due out June 2015.

Researched, pre-produced and field produced featured stories. Troy Dunn is the nation’s foremost expert in locating and reuniting long-lost persons.He built an organization that helps people reunite with long lost friends and family members.

This pilot featured the Herbert Brothers in Batesville Indiana who run a commercial production company after winning the best Doritos ad for the Superbowl. I enjoyed producing and shooting the C300 to capture the Herbert Brothers in action for this comedy pilot.

In this intense wilderness competition, 12 teams of 2 enter "The Arena," a fenced-in enclosure in the middle of the wild, where they must live and compete against each other for scarce resources. With $250,000 on the line, it's a winner-take-all battle in which the teams must hunt each other down to survive.

Primal Quest Utah 2006, 10-day expedition adventure race shadowing competing teams. I played a terrier camera/producer and documented a team throughout the course of the race (navigating over hundreds of miles, trekking, mountain biking, climbing and rappelling, kayaking, and swimming.)
