Assist with audience services for the following NBC Shows: - Saturday Night Live - The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon - Late Night with Seth Meyers

 Coordinated arrival, hair and make-up, and green room set up and greeted CEO/business executives (~5/week).  Ordered company logos, monitor fill graphics, and dayside promos through Dali Agent for production team and acted as liaison for CNBC Graphics Department.  Created individual “storm” stock charts in iNews and operated chart play-out in control room during tapings.  Tracked and managed production supplies, prop usage, and corporate credit card through NBCU approval portal.

 Created pitch/pass packets for weekly and bi-weekly booking meetings with executive and segment producers.  Checked in 300+ “Fan Pass” holders for the Citi Summer Concert Series on the plaza and coordinated music rights and clearances for plaza and in-studio performances.  Compiled entertainment headlines, synopsis of entertainment guests on “Good Morning America,” and approved Global Talent Booking listings 5 days/wk.  Greeted talent and publicists upon studio arrival and attended film screenings, musical performances, award shows (VMA’s), and publicity events as TODAY representative.

 Researched and contacted potential talent via phone calls and Skype interviewing.  Edited sizzle reels promoting non-scripted docu-style television series using Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut X.  Constructed treatments and PowerPoint outlines to be sent to networks and agencies.

 Distributed 60+ monologue rehearsal tickets throughout NBC Experience Store.  Recorded back up of daily show and promos during live taping for post-production.  Supported stage managers and crew while in studio during pre-taping & set run-throughs.

 Stationed in studio’s green room to assist in talent/guest check-in 5 days/week.  Observed talent-booking procedures and assisted with research in TV and movie premieres/finales.  Managed office and outside calls for Talent Assistant and Talent Coordinator.
