Led new production team after company merger and manage commercial shoots from conception to delivery. My day-to-day tasks include creating and managing production calendars and budgets for the Branded Content department. I schedule meetings, record highlights and manage digital assets for each client. I keep each projects progress updated on appropriate tracking systems. I work with the legal team to create contracts and lead from delivery to contractor to being fully executed internally. I manage and track invoices from submission to payout. I create and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors. Developed SOPs to streamline process on hiring new employees, onboarding, negotiating rates, travel planning, and tracking projects. I book travel for all staff. Talent casting and location scouting. Create wardrobe and set inspiration boards. On commercial shoots I'm in charge of managing our crew of thirty people. I maintain and finalize 6 budgets per month and prepare reports accordingly. orked directly with the Director of Production creating schedules, maintaining project status and facilitating timely changes requested by clients. Quality control of automotive commercials, ensuring compliance and manufacturing rules are being adhered to. Importing footage from commercial shoots and organizing accordingly. Troubleshot technical issues. Tracking progress of all commercials in production then creating reports correspondingly. Procuring voice over talent and negotiating rates. Managed all editors’ schedules and kept them on track to meet milestones and delivery date. Created calendar of the following month’s projects to keep all executives on schedule.

Worked directly with Post-Production Supervisor, Executive Producers, and various departments to ensure all projects elements, such as graphics and audio, were being delivered on time. Scheduled editors and assistants for each project. Created and updated spreadsheets tracking each shows progress. Requested digital and tape footage transfers. Worked with production team and clients to plan storage needs for recreation shoots. Kept track of all outgoing and incoming request for each TV show. Maintained project server. Backed up project files upon delivery to network.

Ingested and organized, footage then created rough cut edits based on the script. Maintained project servers and troubleshot any issues. Worked with Video Editors, Graphic Artist and Online Editor to ensure each had needed assets. Exported Rough and Fine Cuts for client approval. Edited short form pieces for web use.
