Assist Cynthia on and off set with personal and production-related needs. Intimate knowledge of production schedules and understanding of production pace was essential. Liaise with the AD team, production office, and Cynthia’s team to schedule appointments both in town and out of town. Anticipate and attend to daily and weekly needs.

Worked on a content team to produce high quality live action and post-production work. The fast-paced agency environment demanded regular anticipation of client needs and a creative approach to problem-solving in line with tight agency delivery schedules and budgets. -bidding and scoping live action and post-production projects -management of creative assets and resources -working with the billing team to procure POs and pay outfulfill invoices -manage artists’ schedules for audio, graphics, and editorial work -on set videographer and producer work

Van driver, lockup, moving gear

Worked with team of 3 production coordinators to oversee production of student films. Managed budgets, schedules, transportation, and logistics of up to 6 projects simultaneously. Coordinated with and hired professional crew, facilitated gear inventory and repair, managed fleet of two gear trucks and a van. -produced/directed internal video -supervised team of student workers/TAs -procured 35mm prints of rare films for Cinematheque film series -coordinated and led workshops for: camera, production, lighting, etc.
