 Maintain production expertise in casting budget, secondary auditions, special casting requirements, promotional photos, demo reels, security services, advanced communications, and networking.  Build consistent relationships across all levels within the assigned projects.  Execute and communicate brand strategies to ensure they are consistent with television studios’ marketing message.  Promote and educate actors/actresses on professional and managed services to enhance television productions.  Provide casting and production management insight into the marketing of new television shows and programming,  Successfully negotiate contracts between performers and their agents.  Lead project planning, forecasting, cost development, and present key broadcasting information other supervisors
