Management duties involve booking compatible voice talent for television, radio and film related studio sessions. Coordinates with talent agents, production studios and sound engineers to manage schedule and project elements. Provides general administrative/accounting support in addition to performing clerical duties. Processes Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Interfaces with vendors. Interacts well with others to ensure that all involved with the session or production shares a vision for success.

Short spots and billboards (:10, :15, :30, :60) are produced and edited in order to promote FOX TV (KDFI) video content. Involved is moderate editing to the program, replacing show graphics, creating AAF Files for re-narration, in addition to the duties listed under cut to clock editing. I follow edit suggestions provided by producer, edit to time, finesse audio and video transitions, build front and back plate credits, create slates and labels, and coordinate delivery with producers and Network/Business Operations.

Responsible for assisting the media, show producers and creative director with the coordination of all media related content for The Producer's Lounge and their clients. Coordinating and scheduling mock-ups for multiple projects as well as acting as the Coordinator of projection media for new and developing projects. Attend all creative studio/media group meetings, as well as research new media products, applications and systems as they may apply to the Creative Department. This includes, but is not limited to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Cost Commitment Requests (CCRs), Notices, Transmittals, Payment Schedules, and Close Out Documentation based on established policies and procedures. Providing general administrative support and performing clerical duties for department managers and reps, such as travel, expense reports, analyzing/compiling/updating and maintaining data on spreadsheets and in Word, preparing and distributing documents and reports on a daily basis.
