Oversee all logistics for an international docu-series with different stories from around the world. I managed multiple teams that traveled with Sony Venice camera packages. Managed hiring crew,, working with Fixers, obtaining carnets and specialize on last minute carnets and visas, managing cost trackers, PC, Cashet and P Card reconciliation, call sheets, production reports, payroll, deliverables and many more tasks.

Managed logistics, crew and field production in both Miami and Los Angeles for 2 minute documentaries for Visa Platform called Plan V. Managed both projects from Miami and then traveled to location. Obtained permits, locations and all needs for creative. Hired crew, managed rights & clearances and made sure all content deliverables were met on the field. I understand and am knowledgeable in Vice systems and procedures.

Manage logistics for various projects, Create and manage budgets for various projects from digital to full series. Hire and manage crew, create contracts for 3rd party vendors, liaison contracts for various purposes and between vendors, locations, licensing companies and the Legal Dept. Worked with accounting software such as Oracle and Baseware for accounts receivable and payable. Create Requisitions and Purchase Orders and managed invoices work flow to accounting for various projects. Manage 3rd Party productions, manage pilots on-site, Manage international projects, handling compliance, carnet's, equipment rental, working with Fixers and local crew. Manage Post Production for the network. Duties included scheduling editors, sound design, graphics and music composition. Manage deliverables including partner network deliverables (example: series airing on both Fusion and HBO), managing workflow and deadlines for delivery and push to master control. Create and manage Post-Production budgets, Manage in-house editing systems, worked with engineers to keep systems running smoothly and oversaw transition of software updates on over 50 systems, And so much more....
