Handling Extras Vouchers, calculating hot costs for the payroll accountant, organizing paperwork for archival purposes, passing out checks to crew, assisting the accounting department with other tasks.

Assisting the camera crew with whatever they needed including but not limited to: being responsible for batteries, pushing carts, picking up/dropping off gear with the production office, cleaning cases, organizing the camera truck, and stepping up as a Digital Utility or a 2nd AC when it was needed.

Included but not limited to: Pulling focus, lens changes, filter changes, rebuilding the camera for different rigs including handheld and sticks, changing out memory cards, swapping batteries, keeping an eye on the camera at all times.

Assisting the 1st A.C. with any requests as well as including but not limited to: slating the shot, building the camera, filling out camera reports, wrangling cable, charging batteries, changing lenses/filters, and keeping the gear clean.

To assist on the production where needed: setting up barracades, locking down set for stunts being performed, making runs for food, gas, etc.

To stand on the perimeter of the set and ensure that the general public did not enter set, as well as make sure everyone that entered set was wearing a badge or escorted by a PA.

To assist on the shoot where needed, my responsibilities included: Distributing walkies to the crew and keeping track of who they were given out to; helping set up tents and chairs for craft services, DIT, hair and make-up, etc.
