Casted and processed the 24th season of The Amazing Race. Organized and scheduled casting finals in Los Angeles, coordinated finalists’ travel arrangements, and managed legal contracts and medical paperwork. Maintained constant contact with the potential cast, handled a high level of calls efficiently, and kept the department up-to-date and informed.

Traveled with the cast of season 27 and 28 to location. Managed pre-production on the island and created an efficient bridge of communication between the talent and executives.

Assisted and provided for the A-list cast of Fashion Star during production. Managed the cast schedule, handled production needs, and ensured an efficient bridge of communication between the talent and executives

Researched, recruited and cast the Emmy award winning 4th season of Undercover Boss. Provided information to casting finalists about the casting process, organized taped interviews between finalists and our executive staff,and coordinated travel for our casting director to each company’s headquarters.

Worked side-by-side with the casting coordinator to plan, schedule, and execute a series of successful casting finals for a first-season reality television dating show titled, 3. Managed an immense level of paperwork, logged incoming calls, and assisted in arranging contestant and executive travel.

Viewed, analyzed and discussed numerous independent films with the purpose of creating a diverse festival of films to bring to Denison University for the students, faculty, and community to enjoy. Oversaw all distribution and handling rights, as well as regulated all presentations and viewing schedules.

Handled day-to-day office responsibilities, organized conference calls, created a new celebrity gossip site entitled Tomorrow’s Dirt Today, and tracked potential leads for the company. Dived headfirst into the world of branding identity and gained immeasurable experience in the massive media industry.
