This is a public access pre-taped and edited talk show. As the director & floor manager I manage the crew, talent, and audience leading up to the show, and from the control room direct live shots as we tape.

Set PA

Coordinated and managed set visits, conference calls, and production meetings. Booked talent travel, accommodation, and to/from-set transportation. Hired and managed team of 17 interns including a shadow program on set. Sourced and managed occasional coffee vendors, and Wrap Party. Maintained office supplies. Managed POs, injury reports, loss and damage reports, writers/talent lunch, and created crew list and prep schedule.

Set up mobile office for 5 weeks of shoot on location. Managed crew deal memos, releases, injury & damage reports. Sourced equipment for shoots including heaters, bathroom trailers, and light packages. Ensured daily exchange of drives. Hired and managed intern team. Assisted with catering needs.
