Manage corporate accounting paperwork and general office administration, Set up meetings and manage Producers’ schedules, Maintain office equipment and supplies, Manage reception, Coordinate Travel for scouts/festivals, Track and file contracts and deliverables for projects in development through to distribution, Research as required.

Responsibilities included liaising with location contacts, insurance contacts and artists and crew, researching locations, collecting invoices and other payables and assisting the director.
