General PA duties: crafty, handling the catering, helping with grip/electric and gaffing, errands, driving the equipment to/from location, load in/out, shoot prep, minor art department work, phone calls, schedules, purchasing.

Helped coordinate vendors, hotel accommodations, travel. Helped with general office tasks, such as inventory, operations schedule and some website work. Also ran some errands and picked up some equipment.

Acted as liaison between finalist and casting company. Kept appointments for finalist. Drove finalist to and from airport, doctor and production offices. Assembled and QC'd casting binders. Other general PA duties.

Finding/securing rentals (walkies, vehicles, etc.), Finding/securing locations, assisting the segment producer in whatever tasks he needed done, researching shooting locations, researching activities for talent, answering calls, creating call sheets, other various office duties.

Drove the cargo van to and from shoot; required p/u and drop off of all G&E equipment, camera (Arri Alexa) and all craft services. Load in/out. Helping the key grip and gaffer with setups. Art department duties; greeking, etc. Being handy in general.

Typical PA duties: errands, drove 15 passenger fan to and from location (Glamis, CA), setting up video village, load in/out, helping with gear (grip/lighting), etc.

Helped set up lights, Load in/out, moved vehicles, gelled lights, moved set pieces, ran errands, stand-in for talent, helped with any and all needs.

Diverting traffic, moving video village, carrying equipment, setting up crafty, load in/out, helping art department, wrangling cable, helping set up lights/bounces, helping with G&E in general.

We were in charge of setting up, moving and maintaining 3 separate video villages. Wrangled miles of cables, set up monitors, making sure a feed went to DIT, provided power to director and script coordinator. We also had to run the feed through Key Pro's for playback.

Typical PA duties: errands, moving equipment, load in/out, helping with grip electric, helping with sound (placing lavs and boom), handling talent, being generally helpful.

In the office I dealt with locations, releases and scheduling. In the field I was readily on hand for everything the camera men needed: batteries, lenses, gaff tape, canned air, extra camera mics.
