Crafted story and edited a three-language doc investigating the Haitian refugee crisis at the US/Mexico border. The project was conceptualized with, and stars, actor Rainn Wilson (The Office). The key was to craft a politically-sensitive subject matter into a style consistent with SoulPancake’s humorous outreach. The title for the doc on the SoulPancake Youtube channel: The Reason Rainn Wilson Goes to Tijuana for Haitian Food. This was a branded content 15-min web doc to promote Ai Wei Wei’s feature doc Human Flow (2018) by Participant Media.
