Worked exclusively with the VP of Current Programming on the development of projects for the Discovery Channel, HGTV, DIY, Food Network and Amazon. Researched network mandates, brainstormed & created pitch sheets & treatments. Cast talent & edited talent reels, performed pre-production & field produced piece for network submissions.

Cast HGTV & DIY shows Holmes: Buy It Right, Log Cabin Living, Beach Hunters, Building Off the Grid & Montana Home. Found new talent for network development, created original pitches & treatments, performed interviews & edited talent reels for submission to HGTV, DIY, Food Network, Travel Channel, History Channel & Discovery Channel. Obtained 2 HGTV sizzles, completed pre-production for sizzle shoots & pilot episodes of Holmes: Buy It Right, field produced & ran on location casting trips.

Researched plastic surgeons & placed cold calls to candidates who fulfilled the network’s requirements. Performed extensive Skype interviews & provided input for edits. Created one-sheets, obtained elements & releases.

Worked on the producing staff of the 2-Time Daytime Emmy Award Winning talk show at NBC Studios & on location. Booked guests as part of the Advanced Booking/Casting Team; Worked to secure guests & segments in advance of the assigned show board. Provided support to show-day producing teams booking & interviewing guests, obtaining elements, assisting with creative vision & producing guests.

Worked on the producing staff of the Daytime Emmy Award Winning talk show at NBC Studios & on location. Booked guests for segments, coordinated logistics & travel, secured elements, produced guests & maintained each show’s budget. Was responsible for taking the completed show to the floor for live audience taping.
