Manage incoming video content from affiliates (For example: CNN, People, Time Inc., Wall Street Journal, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, Fox Sports), analyzing then categorizing content before distributing to clients in a timely manner to ensure optimal view counts and therefore maximum advertising revenue. Additionally, prioritizing and facilitating various new and ongoing projects aimed at simulating video content production for local, national and breaking news.

The first point of contact for cast & crew members, responsible for creating and regularly updating contact lists, cast lists, call sheets, whilst closely collaborating with the producer. Also doubled as a third assistant director on set, working amongst actors Jon-Claire Lee (Mao's Last Dancer, Nim's Island) and fight choreographer Kyle Rowling (Star Wars).

Closely collaborated with the promotions manager to correspond with sponsors and competition winners, monitored weekly ratings and viewership statistics, and drafted then approved graphics to appear on air during broadcast. Also provided administrative assistance for the team of Sunrise producers. - Coordinated an all-access studio tour for a young boy with a life threatening illness. Organised presenter and celebrity meetings and obtained gifts for him at a moments notice whilst completing usual tasks during live broadcast - Provided in-depth studio tours to donors who had won charity auctions.

Managed celebrity and civilian guests on morning live-broadcast shows Sunrise & The Morning Show, in addition to assisting the show’s hosts, producers and control room. - Consistently maintained a strict schedule during live television broadcast. - Solved all problems instantaneously so not to interfere with the live broadcast

Undertaking extensive administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, facilitating both internal and external requests and running errands, as well as assisting incoming clients, setting up for production meetings, making coffee and maintaining the cleanliness of the communal areas.
