Managed two Associates and assistant, while helping train a Producer during the audition process. Coordinated scheduling for hundreds of families. Liaison to Network, responsible for filling a total of 50 seats per episode at 15 episodes. Managed an additional crew of 8 PA's for check in process, while coordinating with OCA.

Responsible for breaking down scripts for each character, creating working beat sheets for them to use during improvised auditions with producers. Responsible for booking and organizing auditions for over 2,000 actors in a three month period.

Outreach to hundreds of organization including boy and girl scout troops of America, looking for kids/parent teams to compete on the show. Booked auditions, helped Producers during selection process. Created one sheets for every team.

Contacting, scheduling and confirming over a thousand of auditions in a three month period. Associate Producer for three departments during the same production including multiple Contestant Producers. Created one sheets for every contestant.

Booked and ran hundreds of families' auditions both in and out of state. Traveled to several major cities to host out of town auditions. Helped select families (contestants). Relocated to Atlanta, GA for three months during the tape dates.

First, responsible for coordinating finalists in a short film competition. Caring for them on the day of Production. Second, During the event we had a dozen kids from all over the country announcing some of the winners via web-cam. I was responsible for "babysitting" them and the Finalists during production.

Liaison between MBP and AOL during the online phase of the competition. Interviewed winners for the writers, then coordinated travel with the travel department. Very hectic production, as the winners had to be flown out to another city the same day, once approved background checks came in from legal team.
