Schedule pitches, travel & meetings. Assist VP of creative in brainstorming, development of game shows & preparing for pitch meetings.

Work alongside co-founder & producer in all aspects of pre-production from creative to location scouting, budgeting & scheduling. Organize & oversee live events & production on the day of shoots & directly supervise interns. Also, assisted in social media management. We produced industrials, educational shorts & commercials.

I worked in the office where I handled all call sheets, production reports. I updated the budget with receipts and spending to date, populated a cast and crew list and typed up credits for the film. I like this role because I want to learn more about being a producer and this position allows me to take on extra workload to not only help but learn.

Work as right hand to high profile music attorney. Liaison with talent & their managers & agents. Oversee executive assistants & interns to assure office runs smoothly. Handled inventory, scheduling, billing & all accounting including payroll, retirement plans & health insurance.
