• Director: Assigned volunteers to acquire sponsorships by geographic area. Managed graphics designer to produce printed program, ID tags, digital signage, and event logo assets. Coached emcee for run of show. Directed vendor/sponsor setup and FOH volunteers. Responsible for all sponsorships, vendor relationships, sponsor advertisements for emcee, show timing and blocking, donations, and cash flow. Coordinated auditioning and hiring of pro bands and soloists in partnership with band Director. • Copywriter: Run of show script, sponsor advertisements. • A1 Technician: Live analog mix of all bands, vocals and emcee, including finale with 90 member student marching band performing in concert with mic'd jazz ensemble Al Chez. Managed A2 volunteers.
