Assist 1st AD Assist wrangling talent according to schedule

Overall Responsibilities: Assist production team, producers, stage managers on various aspects of live event and video productions Assist creative team on concept development and idea generation Pre-Production: • Sit in on various creative content sessions and pre-production meetings • Create crew call sheets, production shooting schedules • Book crew, talent • Book travel arrangements • Order and collect props & equipment supplies • Prepare craft and client services supplies Production: General video production assistance, stage management, event coordinating • Update, distribute scripts, shooting schedules, shot lists & agenda • Maintaining log notes • Transferring, handling and backing-up footage • Expediting craft services • Assist wrangling talent according to schedule • Keep track of shoot budget, expense reports • Distribute talent release forms • Apply basic makeup on talent • Photograph behind the scenes on location Post-Production: Assist editing, graphics and audio teams as needed including: • Booking voice talent auditions • Research music and stock footage elements • Assist transcribing interviews • Footage back-ups and media storage for archival • Ensure delivery/ assist with duplication and fulfillment
