Produced, budgeted,scheduled and location scouted the entirety of the short from Pre-Production to the current stage of Post-Production. On set I worked as a Runner/UPM managing the location and the set alongside the AD.

Runner, Helped with many tasks across production in order to keep a successful working flow for the production. Use of walkies. Ran lunch for the crew. Work with various department heads including AD, PD, and DP.

Coordinated with Executive Assistant in managing a demanding workload, including scheduling, appointment tracking, and accurate note-taking during pivotal pitch and project meetings. Produced script and book coverage reports, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and consistently delivering insightful analyses to aid decision-making processes. Conducted thorough research and analysis to support the development team in identifying promising creative opportunities and potential industry trends.

Helped with barricading and keeping the set safe from onlookers and tourist in a extremely heavily dense public traffic area. Assisted Artist and high profile individuals on set. Communicated with Coordinators and other Production Assistants to help run the set smoothly.

Scheduled and run the set. Worked alongside Director and talent on creating an effective working enviroment for the cast and crew.

Went on runs for various supplies for multiple departments including: MUA, L&G, Production, Catering, etc.

Produced, budgeted and scheduled film. Remote location, served as a runner/UPM as well.

Evaluated 100+ submissions encompassing scripts, books, novels, and podcasts, discerning prospective projects. Conducted translation of submissions from English to Spanish for comprehensive assessment. Delivered an intricately researched grid project spotlighting talent and culture across the Latin America region.
