I broke down the script, created a filming schedule, and assisted in casting the first five episodes of the web series.

I organized and managed casting call and helped the director and producer finalize the cast. I sent out call sheets and made sure that actors and crew knew where and when we were filming.

I assisted the producer in organizing pre-production materials and managing the set while filming.

I managed and organized the backstage area during rehearsals and during the actual production. My main job was making sure that up to fifty contestants were ready to compete on stage and that the show flowed smoothly.
