Assisted in securing travel deals for cast and crew. Researched local destinations, hotels, and airlines providing flights. Compiled press packets, pitch letters, and one sheets. Initiated contact and pitched potential travel partners.

Obtained clearances for clothing, set decoration, and video game footage in and out of the house. Monitored traveling challenges and obtained necessary clearances on art and logos captured on camera. Worked with legal department to negotiate contracts.

Helped with set dressing, continuity, and sponsor product placement. Assisted with prop house pick ups and returns, as well as coming up with creative set dressing solutions, and making set decoration where necessary.
