Talent outreach, concept ideation, on-set talent liason

Responsible for generating shortform + longform digital concepts, fielding pitches from external writers for original series, discovering diverse young actors and actresses. Role includes identifying and interacting with emerging talent from YouTube, Vine, Instagram, and Snapchat, working closely with talent reps to incorporate talent into videos where they fit best.

Responsible for all aspects of creative production from identifying fresh ideas and potential talent partnerships, to initiating contact with talent reps and, ultimately, delivering superior digital content on-time, on-brand, and on-budget. Production strengths include developing trusted relationships with talent, capitalizing on topical content, and managing production crews, for the collective goal of driving traffic to FunnyOrDie.com
