Vetted interested chefs from some of Manhattan's top restaurants. Maintained a database of all potential cast members and set up interviews with the casting director and producers.

Assisted the production manager with general tasks including transportation of equipment, signing in extras, setting up the stage and dj table, running errands for props and other supplies throughout the day.

Drove production staff and security from the production house in Manhattan to the venue in Prospect, CT. Transported crew and talent from their respective hotels to the wedding venue. Assisted in general setup and cleanup for the event.

Drove cargo vans and large box trucks. Picked up equipment and miscellaneous necessities from production outlets. Loaded and unloaded trucks. Set up couches, chairs, tables. chandeliers, and decorations for the set. Set up hotel rooms with mirrors, chairs, and gift bags for the talent. Ran various errands throughout shooting days.
