-Liaise with producers and department coordinators to insure all facets of distributing and creating promotional development are executed. -Responsible for receiving, managing, and organizing all marketing acquisitions/distribution related promos and project assets done within Creative Services and our affiliates. -Produce and co-produce creative promos for air, social media content, and sizzle reels for both internal and external company conferences, panels, and special events. -Shoot and edit promotional and creative videos which include, but are not limited to, company team building videos, Rookie Camp videos, social executions, etc. -Execute extensive footage-searches for various sizzle reels, producers, affiliates, and external agencies. -Helped further the company’s innovative advances in digital out-of-home marketing campaigns by keeping up with real-time events and providing images of spectacular sports moment to which the advertisements are based around.

Editor and Videographer

-Provide daily support to editors and producers on various projects including commercials, promos, TV shows, etc. Suggest edits to projects such as video cuts and song choices. -Reorganized and cataloged the media library to provide more efficient and accurate searching of available files. -Coordinate with outside production companies for the transfer of media files and documents. -Assist in inventory management and ensure that all supplies needed for projects and productions are available.
