Produced 23 minute short that shot over two weeks. Handled almost all production aspects from finding and booking locations, hiring crew, balancing budget, renting equipment, making call sheets, negotiating deals, hiring extras, marketing, festival submissions, post and ADR coordinating, and an exhausting list of other duties.

Worked for several days doing pick ups and returns in the truck, and shuttling talent and crew back and forth in the 15 pass from Staten Island to Manhattan all day. In between trips, worked on set fulfilling production PA duties and assistant an overwhelmed art department.

Built a sink that was featured in a super slo-mo test for a Gillette ad. Having never built a sink before, I was confident I could get it done and I did. Stood by on set to clean off the razors and refresh the can of shaving cream.

Responsibilities included location scouting, permitting, issuing insurance certificates, keeping track of the budget, obtaining actors releases and paperwork, renting vehicles and equipment, issuing and filling in time cards, making call sheets, making purchase orders, making our pre-pro and wrap binders, and ultimately wrapping the job. Also, I drove the truck.

Worked heavily with the art director to coordinate various props and complicated builds. Successfully coordinated people working with an art-heavy set. On set, was the default property master. I was in charge of the hero props from the moment the left the agency to the moment they were on camera.

Worked as an office PA under the coordinator. Worked heavily coordinating with the art department, agency, and color-correction house for picture props. Rented equipment and vehicles, issued insurance certificates, hired several other PA's, made purchase orders, kept track of petty cash sheets. On set worked as a PA making runs.

Worked as a direct assistant to the producer in the weeks leading up to the job, handing purchase orders, casting paperwork, and equipment/vehicle rentals. On set, worked as the Key PA and was in charge of six people. Did pickups and returns in the truck as well.
