Facilitated 12 film equipment packages for MTV's Teen Mom franchise valued at $1.5 million and partnered with third-party vendors to complete upgrades of equipment packages. Established inventory and check-in/check-out procedures in order to streamline the equipment room workflow and created an equipment room bible for use in training and orientation of equipment room staff. Labeled fresh/shot media for AC’s and DP's during field shoots, transcoded shot media via Shotput Pro and Avid Media Composer, and logged and delivered shot media.

- Operated audio recorder, lav mics, boompole for several location shoots for series pilot.

Completed high-priority editing requests for R29's Video and Marketing departments and assisted R29 video producers with ingesting, transcoding, and prepping footage from field/studio shoots. Tracked and managed hard drives allocated for field shoots and off-site editing and archived wrapped R29 video projects by creating and verifying on-site/off-site backups.

- Configured Zoom H4N and Shure wireless lav set for audio/dialogue recording. - Recorded/monitored audio for dialogue-heavy scene.

Assisted DP and Sound Mixer with load-in/out of equipment, lighting set-up, ingestion/backup of Sony FS7 footage and set design.

Functioned as ambassador and receptionist for public program services in support of DCTV's diverse community. Coordinated the maintenance, repair, and procurement of camera/audio/lighting equipment, maintained inventory of film rental equipment, and researched and recommended rental equipment upgrades.

- Shot and recorded several post-screening interviews for New York premiere of the film, which will be utilized for promotional packages in anticipation of the film's 2017 theatrical release.

Directed all aspects of the migration of photos, bios, and metadata into the WordPress-based "Great Immigrants: Pride of America" website. Transcribed and close-captioned Spanish-language videos for Carnegie's YouTube page and contributed to the adoption of a new data management system by compiling DAM research.
