-Assist talent with rehearsals by providing craft service, information from production and being a helping hand in the studio if the need arises. -Reported back to the coordinator/producer daily with notes on each rehearsal -Timestamped bts footage for reference in editing

Organized office common and work areas, maintained supply levels in copy room, went on runs for lunch, production supplies, deliverables, etc. -Picked producers up at hotel each day and drove them to set- remained on standby to do runs, etc. - Assisted production on set with radios, lockups, crew logistics, etc. - Disseminated information to various departments and individuals through email and in-person notifications.

- Unloaded/loaded truck with all production, grip, electric, and culinary equipment - Distributed and gathered releases - Locked up location - Transported crew in rental vehicles - Made runs consisting of returns and purchasing of needed supplies - Picked up and returned rental vehicles including a 26ft box truck

- Assisted with start work paperwork - Went on runs for props and production department throughout the day - Accommodated the clients within the studio space - Acted as occasional stand-in when needed - Assisted grip and electric with setting up various shots

- Locked down set on public location. - Assisted crew and craft services with hauling equipment. - Maintained strong communication over radios during high-risk shoots in large public areas.

-Take inbound shipments and deliver to each department both in office and on set -Manage crew documentation -Run errands to maintain office supplies and fill lunch/coffee orders for office staff -Receive and transfer incoming calls to production office -Assist production office accountants with various filings -Maintain office supply inventory
