As a production intern at Teak, I assisted the producers in planning, executing, and wrapping commercial and web-content shoots. I assisted in pre-production and production, helping to plan the logistics of the shoots and handling payroll for freelancers. I also worked as a PA during the shoots themselves. I was given more responsibility and worked as the Production Coordinator on the Cor Product Launch Project. I managed pre-production, planned the shoots, created the Pre Production Book, took script notes during interviews and shoots, managed the paperwork including talent and location releases, made sure COIs were created and brought on set, and wrapped the project once production was finished. I collected and managed the purchase orders for the shoot and built the Wrap Book for the project.
