Production Assistant/Best Boy Grip/Driver While working this job I was responsible for getting camera crew to the set. I also assisted the director of photography with getting b-roll. I also worked with the grip setting up electrical gear but mainly focused on helping him with lighting the set.

My responsibilities included making sure the mic's and ifb's were in working order and to make sure that the on air talent and guests were ready with mic and ifb before the show started. Everything here was live and also I used to bring the talent down from make up.

Duties included echoing (calling out) "rolls" and "cuts", locking up (making sure nothing interferes with a take), wrangling talent (actors) and background, facilitating communication between departments, distributing paperwork and radios, and related tasks as mandated by the ADs.

Assisting the camera crew, keeping inventory of all equipment and expendables, securing the equipment, etc...

compiled database of information on clients and performers,conducted research concerning a new client and new show,called agents and clients,scheduled appointments and audition sessions, coordinated logistics with directorial clients, casting venue, and actors’ agents. Prepared all audition materials and was present at auditions to conduct the check-in process.
