In this role I managed the day to day and long term operations of a team of 100 plus members and directly managed a 5+ team of Production Managers and Coordinators. I oversaw budget creation and the management of all internal and client based productions ranging from small scale ($5K-100K) to large scale (as high as $5.6M). I also identified efficiencies within the video department including: implemented production policies, workflows, and methods for tracking production data for distribution between departments. I liaised with our internal legal team to negotiate and execute deals with 3rd party partners and vendors and I oversaw the implementation of production payroll and accounting software to support all of video production
