Was assigned A List talent to coordinate logistics for the event Responsibilities: Distributing and acquiring legal contracts from talent. Leading production meetings. Organizing travel arrangements and accommodations for talent, including ground transportation. Creating and distributing schedules and call sheets.

Responsible for entire entertainment sector for the Airbnb hosted Marathon. Hired all Event Staff (82 hires). Directed 3 staff training sessions. Responsible for rates &individual hours. Worked to ensure vision for the event was met and exceeded. Organized schedules & call times, all Marathon “footprints” including Brooklyn, Harlem, Queens, and Grand Army Plaza.
