• Troubleshoots and responds to user questions and problems as the primary Post-Production support for Studios, Digital, and Digital Asset Management departments • Assesses and prioritizes user requests based on production deadlines • Creates and maintains LTO archive procedures and post-production workflows • Manages and supports storage area network systems • Builds and configures macOS edit workstations • Cultivates collaborative relationships across departments, teams, and management • Researches hardware and software solutions for future post-productions needs • Implements preventative maintenance programs, including software and hardware updates • Creates solutions for a variety of video processing difficulties with a focus on efficiency • Collaborates with vendors to ensure software stability within post-production’s needs and budgets

• Lead editor for production department, produces and coordinates numerous projects simultaneously. Including: news packages, promos, Public Service Announcements, long- and short-form TV shows and documentaries • Creates on-air feel, style, and branding for the company • Designs motion graphics for TV shows and still graphics for print and ads • Develops creative and technical standards for the production department
