Assist in backstage setup including art department and working directly under the Keys.

Assisted camera ops, constructed equipment for daily use. Worked with key grip to create genuine lighting in the brighto utdoor environments and the dark indoor environments.

Maintained a schedule and coordinated the audio during each take. Also set up and maintained lighting in the venue.

Maintained the schedule and organized the music during each take. Assisted with the setup of the set pieces for the scenes and also worked hand in hand with the director and dp to create a unique video.

Set up and broke down the holding areas and judging booths. Wrangling contestants and directing them to audition lines while maintaining consistent length of lines and keeping contestants in a straight line to create order. Supervised the other Production Assistants on the floor.

Performed administrative duties for the coordinating supervisor who worked directly under the First Assistant Director and one of the producers.

We shot the film with 94 pages over 10 days. Was responsible for duties ranging from script supervisor to acting director when the director was not on set. Assisted the DP and grips where needed and helped set the tone for positivity during the long days.

Range of responsibilities from set up and tear down to assisting grip and electric with rigging lights and running cable and everything in between light set decoration and craft service runs.
