• Ensure breakfast and lunch are provided on necessary shoot days. • Maintain the cleanliness of the studio and happiness of clients. • Gather and purchase props, wardrobe, food, etc. for shoots. • Collaborate with producer with any tasks crucial for a successful shoot. • Log all purchases. Manage budget while ordering supplies for the studio. • Coordinate with Studio Director on when to book photography assistants. • Receive and check-in product. Review items and inquire with supplier if any discrepancies. • Book travel and hotel for stylists or employees. • Assist in various steps of shoots including: preproduction, production, and post- production.
