Managed and oversaw other interns for the reorganization of MTV's internal tape library. Organized travel itinerary and budget for producers. Researched for many shows in development and production, including casting.

Aided in casting research for show development. Attended focus group and provided ideas and input. On hand for a two-day studio shoot as the pilot was filmed.Went on several runs throughout the city for producers and talent. Readily available for any requests made during production.

Assisted talent coordinator and show producers with day-to-day activities. Aided in the arrival of guests to the theater, including dressing room setup. Answered phones and took detailed messages for producers. Organized and distributed talent information and segment notes throughout building.

Worked as a production assistant during my internship for a single-day location shoot. Assisted the director, crew, wardrobe department and talent with any requests they made.
