•Edited, wrote, and distributed more than 4 scripts a week for current and future segments. •Maintained all important pictures and videos from our duos on the show’s Google drive. •Helped my producing team on and off set with our assigned duo and tattoo artists by briefing our talent, producing OTF interviews, as well as hero shots. •Organized travel arrangements for more than 5 guests a week by gathering travel information from the duos for my travel department.

• Presented the Emmy Award to the winner during the gala. • Set up the dining room for the guests by placing gift bags on chairs, and programs on each table.

• Booked more than 10 stories a week for my producing team for our current and future shows. • Completed all required paper work before show day such as booking legal/medical check list, lie detector check list, lie detector blue cards, Maury’s blue cards, show’s packet, and DNA results. • Completed pre-interviews with possible guest on the show, as well as created a packet for the show’s host which included a seating chart, segment description, producing team titles, and pre-interviews. • Created tape pieces before show day by pulling important story points from the pre-interview, and typing a few lines for the guest to repeat. • Worked with producers on briefing the guest before and on show day.

• Organized travel arrangements for guests by completing a travel booking sheet for my travel department, as well traveled the guests throughout the night and morning. • Created story boards for our pitch meeting, which included the guest’s full name, picture, and age. • Prepared all required paperwork for my producing team on prep and show day such as a greenroom list, guest arrival times, and a hair, makeup, and wardrobe checklist. • Scheduled required b-broll shoots by locating a crew in the guest hometown. • Scheduled DNA test for guest in their hometown.

• Completed skype interviews with potential guests for the show to determine if they would be good candidates. • Participated in show trials by playing the game with potential guests and listening to their feedback. • Traveled guests by being their main contact for directions and preparations. • Prepared blue cards for the host.

• Assisted the production team with the set design and décor for the event by decorating the dining room, and the entrance way with the event’s props. • Arranged dining room by placing tables and chairs in the appropriate spot, and pressed and placed table cloths on all tables.

• Prepared all required paperwork for potential guest on the show such as legal background checklist, medical background check list, greenroom list, and booking travel sheet. • Created storyboards for my producing team which included the guest’s photo, full name, and age. • Prepared show’s script for my team’s pitch meetings. • Managed show expenses by inputting every expense in our show chart. • Managed times for wardrobe and hair/makeup for the guests on prep and show days.
