-Responsible for the staff schedules for department of 150 employees -Uphold the union standards/guidelines on behalf of employees to ensure proper lunch, vacation, and break rules are followed. -Provide Administrative support for tours operations and managers. Assist with guest relations and customer service. -Organize and order supplies for department. -Handles cash transactions and tracks daily cash intake. -Prepare department work orders for building management.

Assist the Location Manager in finding and securing locations to be used in production. Coordinated with nearby businesses and managers to best accommodate the needs of the community during filming hours. On set point person for production team regarding locations logistics and set up. Obtained needed fire, police, and governmental permits.

Formatting, preparing, and printing scripts for crew members. Ordering and picking up food for production team. Respond to Actor/Actress needs as they arise during filming.
