The film explores concepts of authenticity in relation to food in Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and the US. We shot ramen kitchens and restaurants, street vendors in Bangkok, black pig restaurants and farms in South Korea, and a lot of interview set ups. I lit and set up cameras solo on this project.
